At GemsandPearl.com we believe in providing you with a straightforward and clear Returns & Replacements policy. We understand that sometimes, circumstances change, and you may need to return or replace a product. Here's a breakdown of our policy in easy-to-understand terms:

1. Condition of the Item(s):

The item(s) you wish to return or replace must be in their original, unused condition.

2. Inspection:

Our GemandPearl.com team will inspect and check the item(s) upon return for eligibility.

3. Neglect and Improper Usage:

Damages resulting from neglect or improper usage will not be covered under our Returns & Replacement Policy.

Documentation:

The product should be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate, Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, and any other relevant documents.

Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:

For loose gemstones, you have the option to return them within a 10-day period, meeting the above conditions. Please note that shipping charges, VAT, and duties are not refundable.

Return Policy on Gemstone Jewelry:

Custom jewelry, such as rings, pendants, bracelets, and the like, cannot be returned for a refund. However, if you wish to return custom jewelry within 10 days of delivery, you can request store credit worth 75% of your invoice value. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel your jewelry order, we will deduct making charges of 25% from the total purchase price. If the jewelry order cost exceeds 25% of your purchase, and you cancel, we will deduct the jewelry costs accordingly. If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, we will also deduct the certification cost.

Important Notes:

Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are not refundable.

The cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These charges are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refundable.

Any additional lab certificates ordered separately from the gemstone will not be refunded.

Returns typically take 7-10 business days to process from the date we receive the product. Please keep in mind that credit card companies or banks may take an additional week to reflect the refund in your account.
